While in Paris, we were privileged to attend a wonderful local wedding. Here is a picture of the fabulous wedding cake. It was beautiful and delicious. A boast that many wedding cake creators today can't make. So many bakers focus mainly on the decorations while using frozen box cakes. Though many cakes are beautiful works of art, their highly processed taste leaves much to be desired. We are all about the taste at Baker Babes Bakery and our goal is to create simple, delicious, vintage style cakes.

SO true about the taste!! I'm trying to convince my mom to let me NOT have a wedding cake! I hate how they always taste frozen and jam packed with butter so they keep. BLEH! I'd much prefer to have a bunch of small delicious cakes then one big pretty nasty one :D
